特徴：
　マジック１５周年を記念して、2008年8月29日に発売。
　１５年の各年から代表となるドラゴンのカードを選別。
　すべてのカードは黒枠の豪華フォイル。
　６枚が新規イラスト。
　新セット、アラーラの断片から《ヘルカイトの暴君/Hellkite Overlord》を収録。
　《ヘルカイトの暴君/Hellkite Overlord》は8月29日からレガシー、ヴィンテージで使用可能。
　それ以外のカードはそのセットが使用可能なフォーマットで使用可能。
